Special Organizational Accountability Reporting Tool
(SOART) is a proprietary database accessed via the internet
by school districts, clinics, and single-user professionals
such as psychologists, teacher consultants, social workers,
speech and language pathologists, as well as occupational
and physical therapists.
SOART, a data management application, reports client
assessment, progress, and contact with special needs
populations. In many cases, such information is necessary
for reporting reimbursable services to Medicaid.
SOART provides templates for professional reports and
required special education forms necessary for summarizing
the MET, IEP and annual goals and objectives. At the district
level, the SOART program allows school administrators
to compile information for reporting student progress
mandated by the county, state or federal government, such
as IDEA and No Child Left
Behind. Data may be aggregated, compared and reported by
consumer assigned specifications, using a wide variety of
variables. Health care corporation professionals may analyze
data, report productivity and track services
for research purposes or annual reports.
