SOART Special Organizational Accountability Reporting Tool (SOART) is a proprietary database accessed via the internet by school districts, clinics, and single-user professionals such as psychologists, teacher consultants, social workers, speech and language pathologists, as well as occupational and physical therapists.

SOART, a data management application, reports client assessment, progress, and contact with special needs populations. In many cases, such information is necessary for reporting reimbursable services to Medicaid.

SOART provides templates for professional reports and required special education forms necessary for summarizing the MET, IEP and annual goals and objectives. At the district level, the SOART program allows school administrators to compile information for reporting student progress mandated by the county, state or federal government, such as IDEA and No Child Left Behind. Data may be aggregated, compared and reported by consumer assigned specifications, using a wide variety of variables. Health care corporation professionals may analyze data, report productivity and track services for research purposes or annual reports.
